We are unable to cancel and refund orders after they have been processed.
Honey Play Box toys are backed by a one-year manufacturer's warranty, be sure to contact us at info@honeyplaybox.eu within 14 days after receiving your item to qualify for warranty replacement.
Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if products have been opened, worn, or used. To request a return, please kindly get in touch with our Customer Support team(info@honeyplaybox.eu) to agree the return and get instructions on how to proceed. .
If you change your mind or realize you ordered an incorrect product, please contact Honey Play Box at info@honeyplaybox.eu within 24 hours of your purchase and request to cancel your order. You will then receive a refund within 3-5 days. Once 24 hours have passed from the time you have bought an item, your order has been processed and we are unable to cancel it.If your product has been shipped already, we could not make changes anymore.
What if your incorrect order has been shipped already? Or what if there's a mistake in the product shipped to you?
Please sign for the package and then contact us within 48 hours, our customer service team will give you after-sales service.
Honey Play Box is not liable for lost, misdirected, or stolen packages, although we are happy to help locate it to the best of our ability in the event that your package is not successfully delivered. A lost package is one that does not show confirmed delivery via the tracking number. If your tracking number shows the package as delivered, insurance will not cover the loss. If you have any issues receiving packages at your location, you should request a signature required service at checkout.
If your package's tracking number is showing as delivered but you have not actually received the package, you will have to follow up with the shipping company yourself. Please note that a missing package needs to be reported within 72 hours of confirmed (as per the tracking number) delivery has taken place. After 72 hours, retrieval may not be possible. It is assumed that the customer has provided a secure location for packages to be left. If security is an issue, please request the signature required service or provide a secure location for delivery.
We ask you to check all products immediately upon receiving them to ensure that everything is in good working order and that you have received exactly what you ordered. If you find a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, please contact us (info@honeyplaybox.eu) to clearly detail the issues you are having and be sure to include your order number and we will replace it with the same item to you as soon as possible.
